Tiger population declines in Kanha & Panna

We would like to bring vital information through travel news :

In Kanha Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh, India; the tiger population decreased by 25 despite of 12 per cent rise in the population of Tigers in India.
According to the latest tiger census report, the big cat population in Madhya Pradesh has dropped to 257 from 300 tigers in 2006. Efforts are underway to revive the big cat population in Panna. Three tigresses and a tiger had been translocated to it from others parks since last year and the exercise has seemed to pay off with two felines giving birth to five cubs last year.

We still expect that Indian
Forest Department will take proper measures to protect the Tigers, they need to do either proper fensing or inject more forest protection force to stop the poachers... I think it will better if the Forest Department pass the order for shoot on sight for Poachers.

We are expecting you leave your valuable suggestion or comments on this blog which can be further use as information and thus, we will spread your ideas to other people or travelers in India and overseas..
