Japan interested in India’s Buddhist and Medical Tourism

Buddhist Tourism and Medical Tourism in India has huge potential to attract number of Tourists for both sectors from Japan. According to Japanese Minister for Tourism and Infrastructure Mr. Jin Matsubara,”Japanese MNCs have opinion of investing this sections which can bring both countries huge dividends.”

Japan has the highest number of elderly people in the world and thus sighting India Medical Tourism have great potential and attractive destination. Tourist from Japan can add up Buddhist circuit tours with their Medical Treatments in India. Japanese Minister emphasized on Indian Yoga and Ayurveda as both these activities are very much popular among Japanese people and thus shown his interest of having more yoga centre in Japan.

India’s Union Minister Subodhkant Sahai and Japanese Minister for Tourism and Infrastructure Mr. Jin Matsubara have met in Tokyo on 10th Oct 2011 during celebrating 60th year of diplomatic relations with Japan and India is the theme of Snow festival in Japan
